Hotels (Commonwealth Union)_ Naini Habitat Developers Private Limited (NHDPL), a key player in real estate specializing in hotels and townships, has announced an exciting collaboration with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts to introduce the Ramada Resort and Residences in Nainital, Uttarakhand. This strategic partnership aims to elevate the hospitality offerings in one of India’s most scenic hill stations, known for its natural beauty and serene environment.

Pankaj Gupta, Director of Naini Habitat Developers, expressed enthusiasm for bringing the globally recognized “Ramada by Wyndham” brand to Nainital. He emphasized that this partnership reflects their commitment to enhancing the region’s appeal as a premier leisure destination.

The upcoming Ramada Resort and Residences will be a significant addition to Nainital’s hospitality landscape, featuring around 155 keys, including luxurious villas. The resort will offer an array of top-tier amenities, including an All-Day Dining & Bar Lounge, Banquet Halls, Lawns, Meeting Rooms, a Fitness Centre, a Swimming Pool, and various recreational facilities. Currently in the greenfield stage, this project is set to open its doors in 2027, promising a blend of luxury and comfort.

Strategically located on an 8-acre plot surrounded by the picturesque hills of Nainital, near the renowned Kainchi Dham ashram, the resort will offer guests breathtaking views of the mountains and lush landscapes. The location is ideal for visitors looking to enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, boating on Nainital’s serene lakes, and exploring nearby attractions.

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, the world’s largest hotel franchising company, adds significant value to this venture with its extensive global network. Operating approximately 9,200 hotels with 876,000 keys across more than 95 countries, Wyndham’s involvement underscores the project’s potential to attract a global clientele to Nainital.

With this collaboration, NHDPL and Wyndham aim to set a new standard for luxury and hospitality in Nainital, offering both Indian and international tourists an unparalleled experience in the heart of the Himalayas.
