(Commonwealth) _ Earlier in the year, Samsung unveiled the Galaxy Book 3 series of laptops, marking its foray into the world of high-performance portable computing. However, the tech giant is not resting on its laurels, as it’s gearing up for the much-anticipated release of the Galaxy Book 4 lineup. The South Korean company is poised to usher in a new era of cutting-edge computing, with its next-generation high-end laptops expected to make their debut early next year, alongside the Galaxy S24 series. The buzz surrounding the Galaxy Book 4 series is not unwarranted, as these laptops promise to be a technological tour de force. What’s more, all the models in this forthcoming lineup have recently garnered significant attention as they received certification from the Bluetooth Special Interest Group (SIG).

The Galaxy Book 4 series, which is on the brink of being unleashed, represents a diverse array of offerings to cater to a wide spectrum of user needs. This comprehensive lineup includes the Galaxy Book 4, Galaxy Book 4 360, Galaxy Book 4 Pro, Galaxy Book 4 Pro 360, and the Galaxy Book 4 Ultra. Each of these laptops is anticipated to be equipped with Intel’s much-anticipated 14th-generation Meteor Lake processors. Diving into the technical details, the Bluetooth SIG certification documents provide a glimpse into the connectivity capabilities of these laptops. The base model, the Galaxy Book 4, boasts Bluetooth 5.2 and Wi-Fi 6. In contrast, the Galaxy Book 4 360, Galaxy Book 4 Pro, Galaxy Book 4 Pro 360, and Galaxy Book 4 Ultra have been certified with Bluetooth 5.3 and Wi-Fi 6E capabilities. Notably, the Galaxy Book 4 employs Intel’s AX200 wireless card, while the other models feature Intel’s AX210 card.

One remarkable feature of the Galaxy Book 4 series laptops is their support for LE Audio. This innovation takes advantage of the latest in Bluetooth technology, and, coupled with the capabilities of Windows 11, it is set to revolutionize the auditory experience. LE Audio support is a game-changer, ensuring improved audio stability and quality, even in environments saturated with wireless interference. This enhancement means that Samsung’s Galaxy Buds 2 Pro and other compatible wireless earbuds can deliver an unparalleled listening experience, regardless of your surroundings. When it comes to the software, all these laptops come pre-installed with the Windows 11 operating system. Windows 11 is the latest iteration of Microsoft’s popular OS, designed to offer an enhanced and user-friendly computing experience. The integration of Windows 11 is poised to complement the impressive hardware of the Galaxy Book 4 series, making these laptops versatile powerhouses.

While the Galaxy Book 4 series is generating a lot of excitement, there’s also the prospect of another variant on the horizon. Samsung has confirmed its plans to introduce a Galaxy Book laptop powered by Qualcomm’s newly announced Snapdragon X Elite processor. This announcement has stirred curiosity, but as it stands, none of the Galaxy Book 4 series laptops listed in the Bluetooth SIG database will be featuring the Snapdragon chip. The Snapdragon X Elite processor is known for its integrated Bluetooth 5.4 and Wi-Fi 7 capabilities. These advanced wireless technologies offer exceptional performance, but they are not part of the current Galaxy Book 4 lineup. Samsung’s Galaxy Book 4 series is poised to set new benchmarks in the realm of high-end laptops. With a diverse range of models and advanced technology under the hood, these laptops promise to cater to the needs of a wide range of users. Furthermore, the support for LE Audio and Windows 11 integration ensures that users will enjoy not only powerful computing but also an enriched multimedia experience.
