ST KNITTS AND NEVIS (CU)_UNAIDS applauds the St. Kitts and Nevis High Court’s decision declaring that laws criminalizing homosexual acts are unconstitutional and must be promptly removed from the country’s legal system. The plaintiffs’ argument that the Offences Against Person Act’s Sections 56 and 57 breached their rights to privacy and freedom of expression was upheld by the court.
