Student from Indian sets a landmark victory at Oxford!

London, United Kingdom (CU)_ Following the Oxford Student Union President byelection, the Indian-origin student pursuing Human Sciences in Magdalen College at the University of Oxford was declared the winner. According to the student newspaper, the polling had the most ever attendance for a byelection, and it also surpassed the average turnout of several previous annual leadership polls, with 2,506 people voting, which is up 146% compared to the previous byelection in 2019.
