India (Commonwealth Union)_ According to the IIFL Wealth Hurun India Rich List 2022, Zepto co-founder Kaivalya Vohra was the youngest wealthiest Indian at age 19. Kaivalya Vohra is Zepto’s Chief Technology Officer, and his associate Aadit Palicha is the company’s Chief Executive Officer. Zepto has emerged as the rapidly growing online grocery store in India. On the IIFL Wealth Hurun India Rich List 2022, Kaivalya Vohra ranked 1,036th with a net fortune of INR 1,000 crore. On the Hurun India Wealthy list, Aadit Palicha was marginally ahead of Kaivalya Vohra with a net worth of INR 1,200 crore.

In 2021, Kaivalya Vohra and Aadit Palicha established Zepto in Mumbai. In May 2022, Zepto’s valuation doubled to USD 900 million following a huge investment of $200 million sponsored by the YC Continuity Fund. In December 2021, the value of Zepto was $570 million. Kaivalya Vohra was born and raised in Bengaluru. He also completed his education there. The young entrepreneur was born on 15 March 2003 in Karnataka state.

Kaivalya Vohra is trilingual, speaking Hindi, English, and French. Before starting Zepto, Kaivalya Vohra enrolled in a computer science engineering program at Stanford University. However, he decided to pursue his goal of starting a company and eventually dropped out of Stanford to co-found Zepto with his friend Aadit Palicha. Kaivalya Vohra and Aadit Palicha were residing in Dubai when they got admissions at Stanford University. However, after undergoing online orientation, they decided to return to Mumbai to chase their goals.

Kaivalya Vohra and Aadit co-founded Kiranakart, which is an online grocery delivery company that delivers provisions in Mumbai within 45 minutes. The duo later co-founded Zepto, which is a division of Kiranakart Technologies Private Limited. Currently, the company provides its services in the major Indian cities of Delhi, Chennai, Gurgaon, Bengaluru, and Mumbai. Further, Forbes magazine’s influential ’30 under 30′ (Asia list) also featured the two young entrepreneurs Kaivalya Vohra and Aadit under the e-commerce category.
