According to CEO and Chairman Katie Field, “the purchase of the Pistil Point operational assets represents a critical milestone for our home market of Oregon.” “We are better positioned to fulfill consumer demand for high-quality products and offer improved economics for the company with expanded ownership of our supply chain. We are convinced that closing on this purchase bolsters our business and advances our larger objective of restoring shareholder value.” Continued We are carefully chasing the Oregon market, Ms. Field, with likely the most competitive product offering in the state, which has recently improved.

With over 30 distinct genetic strains, including our well-known Vino and Roasted Garlic Margie varieties, which command higher price points, we are cultivating quality indoor flowers that dispensaries and consumers are rapidly requesting. Our emphasis on Halo-grown indoor and outdoor flowers enables us to increase economic value and guarantee the quality of our supply chain. Additionally, with our new efficient distribution system operating straight from Portland, we will be able to reach 70% of the state’s market within a 48-hour delivery window. All of this is anticipated to allow the business to flourish and enter new markets. According to Jesse Garner, Managing Sales Director for Oregon, “Halo is positioned to demonstrate to retail customers that we are more than simply a budget brand in Oregon with this purchase.

Now that we are generating high-quality, specialized strains, retailers with whom we have never previously collaborated are buying our goods. We can provide our consumers with greater service because of the Portland delivery’ shorter turnaround times. I entered the cannabis industry in 2012 as a grower. I founded Cannassuer distribution in 2016 and was able to expand distribution for several brands across the state of Oregon. I was involved in two of those brand launches. As a Halo co-founder, I am thrilled about the chance to re-establish Halo’s brands in the Oregon market. With management’s “feet on the ground” philosophy, a committed sales force, and an unmatched turnkey competitive menu, there is only growth potential.
