Thinking into Character: Harnessing the power of your mind to become the best version of yourself

(Commonwealth Union)_On most days we just wake up, have a cup of tea or coffee and maybe some breakfast before we either rush to work or sit down in front of your computer at home for a day of work. This will be followed by making dinner and either reading a book or watching TV before going to bed, only to wake up the next day and do it all over again. This was particularly true during the COVID-19 pandemic, when lockdown measures forced us to stay home, gripped by a wave of nostalgia for the days when drinks after work, going out for a meal with friends and family or a simple visit to the cinema was a part of our weekly, if not daily, routine. However, while the global health crisis now appears to be a thing of the past, the same cannot be said about same old dull routine.

This is why Thinking into Character (TiC) may be the remedy to the vicious cycle of monotony we all find ourselves stuck in. These programmes were created by Dr. Selva Pankaj, an experienced business consultant and proprietor of the multi-million pound education and real-estate company, Regent Group. The business, launched in 2000, began as one private tuition student generating £20 per hour and has since grown into a multi-million-pound company.

The Mentorship Programme

The Mentorship Programme is a six-month mentorship programme aimed at inspiring, supporting and encouraging you to achieve your dream goals. The mentorship programme is based on an award-winning programme designed and delivered by Dr. Pankaj. One to One sessions with him will provide you the benefits of his extensive experiences in business, management and finance, which will empower you to catapult yourself to even greater successes than you can imagine.

The Thinking Circle programme

The Thinking circle is also a six-month intensive programme in which Dr. Pankaj and his team will take the participants on a deep dive through the work Think and Grow Rich, a book written by Napoleon Hill and Rosa Lee Beeland, promoting personal development and self-improvement. As part of the Thinking Circle programme, Dr. Pankaj will offer a new perspective of the original work, helping to modernise much of the original content and showing you how you can apply its lessons to achieve greater success. You will participate in a series of master classes, group sessions and webinars, discovering the “secret” to wealth and long-term success by developing the principles set out in the book.

The programme seeks to gain self-mastery, overcome fear, negativity self-doubt and procrastination, and to develop and execute definite plans to achieve the successes you desire. If you are ambitious and results-orientated, a person who cares about personal development and want to be equipped with tools that will enable you to achieve more, or a person who is ready to move to the next stage of your career, the Thinking Circle is the programme for you.

The Wealth Creation Programme

This programme seeks to enable participants to discover how to generate material abundance by understanding the principles behind wealth creation. This series is recommended for those are ambitious, and want to understand the true value of money and wish to accumulate more material wealth and live in your purpose.

The programme seeks to enable participants to learn how to find the intersection between your talent and competence, how to develop the impression of increase and how to develop an abundance mindset and in doing so, how to better spot opportunities for your material growth. How to take massive action now, irrespective of the circumstances that you find yourself in and why creation trumps competition and the importance of gratitude in success creation are among the subjects that will be discussed as part of the programme.

The Wealth Creation Programme will help you to bust through many popular misconceptions about money and explain in detail how you can accumulate great wealth. The webinars and teacher-led digital content will enable you to uncover the secrets through which you can attain material success in your area of interest, while developing an abundant and creative mindset.

The Wellbeing Programme

Mindfulness is at the heart of this 6-month programme. You will be taken through a series of weekly workshops designed to help you to remain more present, more focused and to increase feelings of wellbeing, as Dr. Pankaj and his team will help you to discover your inner Zen.

The Wellbeing Programme will give you a firm grounding in the theory and philosophy of mindfulness and help you to develop a range of mindfulness practices that will increase your overall sense of wellbeing. It will enable you to drive out negative thinking and find a moment for yourself to refresh and recharge.

If you want to develop self-awareness and your ability to regulate your emotions, particularly build resilience and manage stress, experience greater sense of wellbeing and become more present and able to focus on tasks at hand, this programme is for you. The history and philosophy of mindfulness, breathing and meditation techniques that will help you to remain present, visualisation techniques to support you to become more relaxed are some of the modules offered under this programme, along with the “get attention training”, a series of exercise that will boost your ability to focus.
