LONDON (CU)_Earlier this year, the president designate of the UN Climate Summit (COP26), Alok Sharma, emphasised the need to shift to cleaner industries, saying the United Kingdom intends to make this year’s Conference in Glasgow “the COP that consigns coal to history”.
