Riya’s journey in singing began at the age of five, and she has since dedicated herself to studying Hindustani classical music under the guidance of Mr. Hemant Kulkarni. Additionally, she has pursued training in Bollywood and Western music. According to reports, Riya Pawar comes from an Indian-origin background, and her family resides in New Jersey. Her parents, Shraddha and Rahul Pawar, who are natives of Walchandnagar and Pune, along with her brother Rishan, have been residing there for many years. Further, Riya has not only excelled in singing but has also achieved success in various competitions across all three genres. Furthermore, she holds the title of Miss India Teen New Jersey 2021 and is recognized as “Beauty with Brains” due to her brilliant academic performance.
