Mumbai, India (CU)_ Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan is still the busiest actor in Bollywood industry even at the age of 78. He recently revealed his second project with Deepika Padukone, this time for the Hindi remake of the Hollywood film The Intern. Rishi Kapoor was supposed to play the part played by Robert De Niro. However, following Rishi Kapoor’s demise last year, Big B will take over the role. Anne Hathaway’s part will be filled by Deepika Padukone, which is her second movie with Big B after Piku.

Legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan adores his Extended Family (EF) so much that he said he will even sacrifice his sleep for them. Mr Bachchan took to Twitter and posted a picture of himself sleeping in the bed and explained about it on his Twitter handle. He noted that in spite of being extremely tired and sleepy, he decided to send a brief message to his EF on Tumblr. He also promised to make amends at a later date.

Amitabh tweeted, “A few (minutes) ago I yawned, thought lets to bed but the opening of Tumblr, provocative, urges you to say to print to post. The EF is greater than all else, especially the yawn. So here, but reserved and short… will make up… perhaps when at work. For now it’s goodnight.”

Besides ‘The Intern’, Amitabh Bachchan has a busy schedule ahead of him. He co-stars with Emraan Hashmi in the film Chehre as a criminal lawyer. Big B also stars alongside Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt in Aya Mukerji’s fiction film Brahmastra. He plays the role of a football coach in Jhund. One of his future projects is Mayday. Last year, Mr Bachchan tested positive for COVID-19 and recently he tweeted about having vaccinated against the coronavirus.
