Innovative sleep ring to address insomnia during the pandemic

Sydney, Australia (CU)_ An innovative tiny device may now be able to help an increasing number of Australians suffering from insomnia as a result of the pandemic. As a result of the stress in dealing with the ongoing COVID-19 lockdown, more Australians are facing trouble in falling asleep. The tiny sleep ring developed by Flinders University researchers is now under a COVID-friendly experiment to check if it can create a difference.
