Ohio, USA (CU)_ With a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Wednesday, the Lima/Allen County Chamber of Commerce warmly welcomed a new member. K3 Dog Spa and Daycare, located at 3235 Allentown Road, offers grooming and doggie daycare services to pet dogs. Curtis Horstman owns and operates the business, which has been open for nine months.
Horstman shared his own experience. He said, “With boarding dogs for eight years, I’ve always wanted to get into grooming and I finally went to school for it and opened it up in Fort Jennings and it took off pretty good”. Thereafter, he considered extending to Lima and found a location where he might turn it into a doggie day spa.
