The Westmead Children’s Hospital experiments COVID-19 e-Gate

Sydney, Australia (CU)_ The Children’s Hospital at Westmead has conducted a trial of a COVID-19 e-Gate integrated entrance screening system for the first time in Australia which was created by the University of Sydney and the Sydney Children’s Hospitals Network. The e-Gate was experimented in the beginning of the year and it may be expanded to include COVID-19 variations or reconfigured for other infectious illnesses. This system also enables an efficient screening and contact tracking method prior to individuals entering the hospital.
