CALIFORNIA, USA (CU)_At the 2022 Fortune Most Powerful Women Summit, almost 80 famous businesswomen and prominent leaders in the fields of government, charity, education, sports, and the arts, including five Indian Americans, will deliver their address. According to Fortune’s latest announcement, this year’s topic, ‘Realizing Your Power’ will be discussed throughout the three-day event at the Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel, New York, from October 10 to 12.
Over 25 CEOs and 65 C-suite executives, as well as founders, board members, and US Representatives Liz Cheney of Wyoming and Katie Porter of California’s 45th District, will attend the event. The Indian-American speakers who will deliver their address at the event include Amrita Ahuja, Chief Financial Officer of Block; Tarika Barrett, Chief Executive Officer of Girls Who Code; Dr. Sumbul Ahmad Desai, Vice President, Health, Apple; Reshma Saujani, Guest Co-chair, Fortune MPW Summit; Shamina Singh, Founder and President, Center for Inclusive Growth and Executive Vice President, Sustainability, Mastercard; and Manjula Talreja, Senior Vice President and Chief Customer Officer, PagerDuty.
According to a news release, Fortune MPW, which was established two decades ago as an annual list in the magazine, has developed into an amazing leadership community, meeting its members throughout the year for a variety of discussions that inspire and provide practical guidance. This year’s conference will delve into how recent crises have prompted leaders to reevaluate their goals and values, both personally and professionally, as well as the opportunity and empowerment that accompany this reevaluation. According to the media statement, the summit will discuss how leaders are dealing with current challenging and controversial problems, such as regulatory crackdown and limits on reproductive health, and what they can learn from one another.
