Australia (Commonwealth Union)_ AIA Australia (AIA), a life, health and wellness insurance company, has collaborated with AusCycling, a national athletic organization that promotes, facilitates and grows all kinds of cycling in Australia. Under the terms of the agreement, AIA will serve as the firm’s official health insurance and health and wellness partner, providing AusCycling members with access to the insurer’s products and services and encouraging them to adopt a healthy lifestyle.

According to Agostino Giramondo, executive general manager for commercial, clubs and community at AusCycling, the company values the health and well-being of its members, employees and the cycling community as a whole. It also encourages the members to live long and healthy lives. “We look forward to seeing this partnership go from strength to strength over the coming years as we know AIA shares the same desire; our values are aligned,” he added.

The cooperation is part of AIA’s Shared Value initiative, which aims to benefit the firm, its customers and the greater community. Shared Value Insurance emphasizes health awareness, prevention and upstream approaches to physical, mental, environmental and financial well-being. According to Damien Mu, CEO of AIA Australia, the vision of AIA Australia is to make Australia the world’s healthiest and best-protected nation. “We recognize the significance of physical exercise in reducing the severity and prevalence of non-communicable illnesses and are pleased by this new chance to urge Australians to move well,” he said.

AIA further stated that by collaborating with AusCycling, the company encourages individuals to become physically and mentally healthier via increased activity. AusCycling members may also ensure they have the necessary insurance coverage, allowing them to have peace of mind and concentrate on living a healthier, longer and better life. AusCycling launches the promotion by pushing its members to join AIA Health before December 15 in order to get up to $600 to spend at bikechain.com.au or luxbmx.com.
