During his visit, Lord Ahmad will lay a wreath at the Kigali Genocide Memorial, in memory of those who died in the cold-blooded massacre.

The Minister will also see first-hand the Rwanda’s preparations for a safe and successful CHOGM. Moreover, he will meet with government officials of Rwanda, in order to discuss matters of mutual interest, particularly in relation to the Commonwealth.
