This year marks the 2nd edition of the Wellness Festival Singapore (WFS) which will run from June 17th to July 9th, up from 10 days last year.   WFS 2023 will feature an even more exciting lineup of over 180 wellness offerings across 10 precincts island wide, with categories spanning lifestyle experiences, emotional well-being, fitness classes, art meditation workshops, and nutrition, lifestyle experiences boosting emotional, physical and mental well-being, while horse riding enthusiasts could join the Equine Wellness Programme by the Singapore Turf Club Riding Centre.

WFS offerings will be conveniently located across Singapore, featuring a diverse range of wellness offerings catering to various preferences as well as individuals and groups of different abilities and ages.  It is situated close to iconic precincts and public transport and permits visitors to access wellness experiences easily while exploring the island.   Festival highlights will include the anchor event The Wellness Experience Space at Marina Bay Sands Event Plaza offering a self-care journey with Where Mind and Body Connect and six diverse interactive zones also located at Marina Bay Sands.

Jewel Changi Airport will host free fitness classes such as Zumba, Barre and Bounce, around the HSBC Rain Vortex while the Zentosa LiveWELL Festival in Sentosa will offer more than 250 wellness activities.  The National Gallery Singapore will meanwhile present an expanded lineup of over 20 unique art-inspired wellness experiences.

Families with young children could head over to Kiztopia’s Play and Recharge Programme which includes activities such as cookie painting, yoga and Zumba, and participate in Parent-Child Art Journaling by Artcadia Studio.

Senior participants could join a floral arrangement workshop with Floral Expressions by National Gallery Singapore, or try out programmes ENERGIZE, which is a series of wellness and active programmes on Taiji and dance classes held at Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre’s concourse, They could also experience Contemporary Art, Kopi and The, which brings them on a tour around the Singapore Art Museum.

Other fun activities include Animal Yoga at Mandai River Wonders, Beats Performance Therapy workouts for music and fitness enthusiasts, tea-pairing sessions at Wellness Tea Bar and Teakle Your Fancy, Cacao Ceremony + Sound Journey for holistic healing, a variety of nature walking tours and the Equine Wellness Programme by the Singapore Turf Club Riding Centre.

The WFS is organised by the Singapore Tourism Board, in collaboration with National Arts Council, Sport Singapore, Health Promotion Board, Enterprise Singapore and Sentosa Development Corporation.
