Meanwhile, the Managing Director of Cocoon Homes, Farouk Imam, also conveyed his delight in being selected for the model development and regarding the positive feedback received from the officials.

“We are extremely proud of our partnership with the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria,” he said. “FMBN has been a solid and reliable partner that has pushed and inspired us to achieve the highest possible standards. We are confident that our mutual goal of making good quality housing more accessible to Nigerians will be achieved on this project and we are excited about the prospect of extending our partnership with them.”

Imam added that the company is working with some of the most renowned professionals in the industry in order to deliver this project and welcomed the support of other stakeholders in their efforts to minimise the housing gap in Nigeria.
