Florida hospital uses this new technology for stroke patients

Florida, USA (CU)_ According to Delray Medical Center, it is Florida’s first hospital to use the RED 62TM Reperfusion Catheter and BENCHMARK BMX96TM for stroke patients. Dr. Dennys Reyes, a neurointerventionalist, is the first doctor in the nation to use this modern innovative device. The RED 62TM is devised to navigate difficult distal vessel anatomy and deliver strong aspiration together with the BENCHMARK BMX96TM to eleminate blood clots in acute ischemic stroke patients with massive vessel occlusions. It also allows for rapid navigation and faster recanalization of brain vessels.
