India (Commonwealth Union)_ To boost productivity and further improve customer service, a rapidly expanding logistics company is implementing Mandata GoPlus.

With four companies totaling more than 120 vehicles, Freight 24 Logistics Group is made up of WJ Capper in Telford, one of the founding members of Palletforce, R&P Distribution in Thetford, a general haulier, JMDS in Derbyshire, and Keyes Transport in Chelmsford, a member of the Pallet Track network. To increase productivity, improve customer service, and establish standardized procedures throughout the organization, Freight 24 sought a transport management system (TMS). Key shareholder and management team advisor James Dolan suggested Mandata GoPlus after seeing the platform in action.

Prior to rolling it out to JDMS, where it replaced a customized TMS, Freight 24 first implemented Mandata GoPlus in its Capper and R&P businesses, replacing manual systems. Given that Mandata GoPlus Palletforce integration is now possible, Keyes will follow. Along with Mandata GoPlus, Freight 24 is making Mandata’s Manifests app available to its drivers. This app makes it simple and quick to provide proof of delivery, and it also digitises the daily vehicle inspection reports with a Vehicle Checks app. Additionally, Mandata GoPlus gives Freight 24 the ability to manage work across various networks with just one TMS, further enhancing efficiency. The majority of the Group’s operations are centered on pallet networks.

GoPlus can automatically send and receive information such as job specifics, pallet network barcodes, progress updates, and other documentation thanks to Mandata’s Pallet Network and Warehouse Management System integration. The platform interfaces with the main software platforms used by pallet networks. Because of features like creating your own barcodes, scanning items as they enter and exit vehicles, and integrating with Mandata’s Warehouse platform, operators can manage transport operations concurrently with the warehouse.
