HDFC Bank announces its tie-up with Apollo Hospitals

        Chennai (CWBN)_ HDFC Bank has announced its collaboration with Apollo Hospitals on Wednesday through which it is all set to offer unsecured loans of up to 40 lakh to its customers admitted at Apollo hospital chain to pay for their medical expenses.

          According to the bank’s statement, these loans will be given instantly as per the cash requirements by the customers. Additionally, the HDFC Bank Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director Aditya Puri informed the press that the HDFC Bank customers admitted at Apollo hospital chain will also receive preferential treatments.

          Apollo hospital Vice Chairperson Shobana Kamineni said that HDFC Bank has 65 million customers who can benefit from this scheme. She emphasised that while availing health insurance is necessary, it dose not cover all the aspects despite providing cashless facilities and hence this partnership will be beneficial.

          Earlier this year, Apollo hospital had launched the ‘Healthy life Programme’ to administer multiple diseases and aliments exclusively for the HDFC Bank customers who will get round the clock access to emergency Apollo Doctor at no cost on Apollo 24|7 along with several benefits. She added that it is like a mini health mission that will revolutionise access to quality healthcare for millions of our countrymen.  She said that currently there are 4 million members on this program and is expected to grow more.

            Rahul Shukla, the HDFC Bank Group Head (Corporate Banking) announced that the HDFC customers will be offered free base subscription without any charges. However, he did not reveal if the tie-up with Apollo hospitals would be beneficial for the lender.

            Moreover, the two biggest challenges that avail in the medical field are the trusted quality healthcare and the easy finance. With the two main team players joining hands, it is expected to have a massive response from the countrymen.

• We do not ask anyone to deposit money to “activate” an account, unlock earnings, or participate in any investment programme.
• Our legitimate services are conducted exclusively through our official and publicly listed platforms and communication channels.

If you have been approached by anyone claiming to represent “Commonwealth Union,” “Commonwealth Union Cryptocurrency Limited,” or any purported affiliate or subsidiary for the purpose of offering jobs, investments, referral payments, or cryptocurrency-related opportunities, you are strongly advised to treat such contact as fraudulent.
