India (Commonwealth) _At the EICMA 2023, Hero MotroCorp, the world’s largest producer of motorcycles and scooters, presented a strategy for entering the European market. By mid-2024, the corporation plans to expand into Spain, France, and the United Kingdom.
The Vida V1 will be introduced first in these nations, followed by high-capacity luxury ICE bikes and scooters, which will be exhibited at the EICMA. Hero MotoCorp also announced ambitions to penetrate major European markets through its electric car brand VIDA, and has partnered with distributors/dealers.
The VIDA V1 will be the first product to launch in many European markets, beginning with Spain and France. Concurrently, the firm will begin operations in the United Kingdom. Hero MotoCorp plans to begin commercial operations in the region in the middle of the calendar year 2024. It will also begin to offer its premium range of ICE bikes and scooters to these nations in due time.
Speaking to global media at the firm’s EICMA stand, Niranjan Gupta, CEO of Hero MotoCorp, emphasized that the business is pleased to show off its latest products and technology to stakeholders from all over the world. We are collaborating with very reliable partners in the United Kingdom, Spain, and France to begin commercial operations in each of these countries by the middle of 2024.
With our expertise in offering high-quality personal mobility solutions at reasonable pricing, we are optimistic that our new product line will be well received by clients worldwide. Our goal is to “Innovate and Manufacture in India for the World,” and we are shifting gears to move quickly toward that goal, he added.
The business has found distributors in each of these nations and is working to finalize commercial agreements.The United Kingdom Motogb, which is over 40 years old, will be Hero MotoCorp’s distributor in the United Kingdom.
Hero MotoCorp’s distributor in France will be France-GD France. With over 300 professional dealers and more than 20 years of expertise in the automotive business, GD France is a prominent participant in the two- and four-wheel mobility sector in the French market.

Spain – Noria Motos, a Onex group company, will be Hero MotoCorp’s distributor in Spain. For over 35 years, the Onex Group has been selling two-wheeler brands and is a specialist in introducing and establishing new brands in the nation.
At the exhibition, the business debuted two new ICE scooters, the Xoom 125R and the Xoom 160. Both scooters will soon be available in a variety of markets.
It also revealed the VIDA V1 Pro for the European and United Kingdom markets. The VIDA V1 is the company’s first e-scooter, released under the VIDA, Powered by Hero brand. It also launched the Concept 2.5R XTunt, a new category for the firm, as part of its effort to build a comprehensive range of high-capacity luxury bikes.
In line with its aim of “Being the Future of Mobility,” Hero MotoCorp also introduced two electric vehicle prototypes, the Lynx and Acro. Both of these devices represent an entirely new approach to urban transportation and were created in the company’s European R&D base, the Tech Centre Germany near Munich.
