Kerala, India (CU)_ Ayurveda is an all-inclusive science. According to specialists, its instructions can aid in refining our lifestyle. • Consume food only when you are hungry, which means you will feel hungry only when your last meal has been entirely digested. At times, we may feel hungry if we are dehydrated. Connect with your body and understand the real needs of your stomach.
  • Eat in a relaxing and comfortable environment. When you eat, try to sit down and eat at a place that has no distractions: no television, book, phone, or laptop.
  • Consume the proper amount of food. We are all unique individuals with varying demands, stomach sizes, and metabolic rates. Pay attention to your body’s needs and eat only till you are satiated.
  • Eat your food when it is hot. Freshly prepared food is always good for the stomach and digestion. Staying away from anything straight from the fridge will preserve your digestive power. This enables your digestive enzymes to function properly.

  • Supplement your diet with high-quality foods. Make your meal a little juicy or oily to help with digestion and nutritional absorption. Dry foods should be avoided.
  • Avoid eating  irreconcilable foods together. This could result in a stomach ache or even cause food poison. Fruits and milk, fish and milk, and others are examples of incompatible foods.
  • When you are eating, pay attention to your food. Enjoy your food and make use of all five senses. Take time to enjoy the aroma of your food, the appearance of your plate, the texture of your food, the flavors, and the sounds you make while eating.
  • Do not eat too quickly. Do not just gulp your food; chew it thoroughly. Chewing is an important part of the digestive process.
  • Eat at the correct and same time every day. Nature prefers cycles, timing and orderliness, so follow them.
