(CWBN)_ World No. 2 tennis star Rafael Nadal, tied for sixth position in the Balearic Golf Pro-Am Championships on Monday (Oct 26).

Just two weeks after securing a record-equaling 20th Grand Slam when winning the French Open, Nadal swapped his tennis rackets for golf clubs, and played against 59 other golfers, most of whom were professional players.

The Spaniard ended the three-day tournament recording nine over par after 54 holes. On the final day, he posted +5 after +2 on the opening two days of action on his native island Mallorca.

The 34-year-old, who boasts a handicap of 0.3, came in 10 shots away from the winner Sebastian Garcia.

Nadal will come home to the tennis arena when he returns to the court for the Paris Masters at Bercy, starting next Monday (Nov 2).

At the French Open, Nadal beat world number one Novak Djokovic in a one-sided final, to tie with Roger Federer on 20 Grand Slam titles.
