Accordingly, Shehbaz Sharif, the 70-year-old opposition leader of Pakistan and the younger brother of former Pakistani Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, has been chosen as Pakistan’s next Prime Minister. Mr Sharif in his inaugural address to the National Assembly as Prime Minister stated that if Imran Khan’s charges of foreign plot are proved to be true, he would return home and that Pakistan will mark this occasion.

Imran Khan was removed from office as Pakistan’s prime minister in a historic first for the country following a no-confidence motion after the National Assembly discussed the topic for over 12 hours as the country’s political crisis took a critical turn on Saturday night.
