The consultations were held in accordance with the terms of the Memorandum of Understanding on the ‘Establishment of Bilateral Consultations’ which was signed earlier this year between the two countries. The meeting was attended by Maldives Foreign Secretary Abdul Ghafoor Mohamed and Bangladesh Foreign Secretary Masud Bin Momen.
