(Commonwealth Union) – Looks like Kanye is being swiftly replaced. Adidas is moving on and we can’t blame them. After everything that happened with Kanye there was a lot of damage control that needed to be done and let’s hope these new changes will help.

Bjorn Gulden seems to be the answer to all the problems Adidas is having. The former Chief Executive Officer of Puma has taken the appointment of Chief Executive officer at Adidas and we are looking forward to see what this man can do for the brand.

For some history, the brand pre-Kanye was doing very well and then came the Kanye collaborations which were also doing really well. This made the Adidas stock go up of course, it helped that Kanye was a presence in the entertainment world and was married to one of the Kardashians. It also helped that he has a large following and had some visionary ideas.

But of course, all good things had to come to an end. Kanye West further went on some kind of creative rampage and made some not so good decisions according to the media and this made the Adidas stock crash and burn. His Line “White Lives Matter” brought about a lot of talk that Kanye was trying to start trouble.

Adidas had gotten the brunt of the bad publicity and was getting weary of its stock crashing so they cut ties with Kanye and started to look at how they can save the face of their brand. This is where Bjorn Gulden came in.

The main goal would be to bring the stocks back up and clear the brand name of all things negative brought on about by the previous Kanye West campaigns. The media needs to know that Adidas is a brand that does not support the wrong thinking.
