Held in Jamnagar, Gujarat, the event drew a notable gathering of esteemed guests hailing from various parts of the globe, comprising world leaders, luminaries from Bollywood, and prominent figures in the billionaire community. The grand affair, orchestrated by the Ambani family, commenced with a spectacular performance by Grammy Award-winning artist Rihanna, who purportedly commanded a fee ranging between $8-9 million for her electrifying performance at the ceremony.

In hosting the three-day pre-wedding extravaganza in Jamnagar, the Ambani family spent lavishly on offering their guests an array of luxury and distinctive amenities. These included private chartered flights from major cities like Mumbai and Delhi to Jamnagar, featuring top-tier chefs, wardrobe services, a fleet of luxurious vehicles for guest transportation, and captivating musical performances by renowned artists such as Rihanna, Arijit Singh, Diljit Dosanjh, and Ajay-Atul. Additionally, to ensure the utmost comfort and convenience for their esteemed attendees, the Ambani family arranged chartered flights for guests traveling from Delhi or Mumbai to Jamnagar for the pre-wedding festivities. The pre-wedding invitations also provided pertinent flight information to the guests, with multiple flights scheduled from these cities, departing between 8 am and 1 pm on the days of the festivities.

The guest list for Radhika Merchant and Anant Ambani’s pre-wedding celebration in Jamnagar was around 1,000 attendees. Twenty out of the twenty-one chefs enlisted from the Jardin Hotel in Indore by the Ambani family were tasked with catering to the three-day banquet. A grand assortment of cuisines spanning Japanese, Thai, Mexican, and Parsi Thali was meticulously prepared, comprising a staggering 75 dishes for breakfast, 225 for lunch, nearly 275 for dinner, and 85 late-night offerings served from midnight until the early hours. Additionally, the chefs showcased a special counter featuring traditional Indori delicacies like Kachori, Bhutte Ka Kees, Khopra Patties, Upma, and Poha Jalebi.
According to reports, the Ambanis also coordinated a fleet of luxury vehicles, including Rolls-Royce, Range Rover, and BMW, to transport their guests from Jamnagar airport to the opulent Reliance Greens Complex. Continuing their tradition of securing top-notch entertainment, following the likes of Coldplay and Beyonce, the Ambani family enlisted Rihanna to perform at the pre-wedding festivities of Radhika Merchant and Anant Ambani. Rihanna’s electrifying stage presence, for which she purportedly received a fee of $8-$9 million (approximately ₹66 to 74 crore), epitomized the opulence of the event. Alongside Rihanna, notable artists such as Arijit Singh and Diljit Dosanjh also graced the stage in Jamnagar.
The three-day pre-wedding gala hosted by the Ambanis in Jamnagar attracted a slew of internationally renowned figures, including former Microsoft CEO Bill Gates, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg, Walt Disney CEO Bob Iger, Adobe CEO Shantanu Narayen, among others. The star-studded affair also saw the attendance of numerous Bollywood luminaries, including Deepika Padukone, Salman Khan, Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor, and Shah Rukh Khan. As per the invitation’s provisions, these esteemed guests were granted access to an array of services, including express garment steaming, saree draping, hairstyling, and makeup assistance.
