Hyderabad, India (CU)_ The pandemic kept the majority of people indoors, consuming unhealthy food and avoiding exercise. As a result, many of us have gained weight. As the world is now recovering from the pandemic, it has become clear that we need to focus on our health and fitness. Hence, individuals are turning to health professionals’ recommendations and suggestions. Two of the most effective methods are to exercise consistently and to adhere to a strict nutrition plan.

While dieting is a fantastic strategy to lose weight, many individuals grumble about how tough it is to maintain the plan. Hence, in order to follow sustainable nutritional plans, nutritionist Nmami Agarwal recently released a video update on Instagram, recommending two methods for doing so. One method is to constantly have fun and avoid nutritional stress. The second guideline is to adhere to the first.

According to health experts, feeling stressed over adhering to a particular dietary regimen will not help. A balanced diet contains sufficient amounts of vital nutrients such as vitamins, proteins, minerals, lipids, and carbohydrates. It is not wise to choose one over the other. Nmami Agarwal had shared techniques to stay healthy throughout the year without succumbing to stress. She had provided five pointers on how to accomplish this. They are as follows:

Make no resolutions: Make no goals. This will constrain your thinking and establish a barrier around which you will not look.

Try simple things: Make little changes such as eating more whole foods and limiting your daily intake of sugar and salt in your food.

Rainbow diet: This plan includes a colorful array of foods on your plate, including vegetables and fruits of various colors.

Physical activity: Walk about your neighborhood if you live in an area where people’s mobility is still restricted. Ensure that you burn some fat and carbohydrates on a daily basis.

Regular health checkups: Having a health checkup every now and then helps you stay informed about what your body requires and where you need to focus.
