 Anil Ambani of Reliance Group, his wife Tina Ambani, and their two sons Jai Anmol Ambani and Jai Anshul Ambani will be shared with the Indian government. Under this court rule, India will acsess details of Anil Ambani and his family’s Swiss Bank transactions from April 2011 to September 2018.

Following the agreement between India and Switzerland, the Indian government requested the Swiss government to share details of Indians’ bank accounts in Swiss Banks. In this case, the subject was taken to the Swiss Supreme Court. As a result, the Swiss Bank and the Swiss Government have now been ordered by the Supreme Court to provide the concerned information to the Indian government.

Despite the fact that the court’s order copy contains the letters A, B, C, and D instead of the names of Anil Ambani and his family, a reporter from a Swiss magazine claims that journalists reporting to the court are permitted to see the court’s file and write their names in it.
