CANADA – According to media updates on all social media and also official news from the hospital it seems that two-time WWE Hall of Famer Scott Hall has died.

The 63-year-old retired professional wrestling went under for routine hip replacement surgery last weekend after being hospitalized for a broken hip last month, following severe complications, Hall suffered three heart attacks and was placed on life support. Doctors were unable to address the loose blood clot Hall experienced after the surgery and the wrestler was ultimately taken off of life support in the end. Over the years Scott Hall has dealt with health problems, including drug abuse and cardiac issues which led to him getting a defibrillator and pacemaker implanted into his chest.

Also known as “Razor Ramon,” The Bad Guy,” “The Diamond Studd,” “American Starship Coyote” and “Texas Scott” to wrestling fans, Scott Hall was a founding member of WCW‘s New World Order following his time with the WWF in 1996. One of the greatest “heels” in pro wrestling, Hall was known for his charismatic persona and in-ring action punctuated by his finisher signature “Razor’s Edge.”

After WCW went out of business and was bought out by the WWF, Scott Hall would return to the now-WWE in 2001. Though Hall would be released due to substance abuse issues in 2002. The wrestler would then wrestle for Total Nonstop Action (TNA) throughout the early 2000s. After retiring from professional wrestling in 2010, Hall was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2014.

Our condolences go out to Scott Hall’s family and friends. You will be missed.
