Europe UK (Commonwealth Union) – Brexit advocates had often pointed out that leaving the European Union (EU) will enable the UK to negotiate its own trade deals with other countries around the world, without being held back by EU rules and regulations. Many advocates further indicated that the UK can also potentially pursue trade deals that are more favorable to its own interests, rather than being part of a larger bloc.

The trade minister is due to sign UK’s 4th state-level MoU that paves the way for enhancement of trade and investment with Oklahoma. The UK-Oklahoma trade deal is set to draw its attention on enhancing green trade for areas such as carbon capture, utilization and storage (CCUS).
Huddleston’s US visit is set to enhance UK-US trade ties and obtain 2 wins that will enhance jobs, investment and exports between the 2 countries.
