USA (Commonwealth Union)_ Vaibhan Taneja of Indian origin has been appointed as Tesla‘s new Chief Financial Officer, succeeding Zachary Kirkhorn, who recently announced his decision to step down from the role. This transition was outlined in an official company filing released on Monday. Kirkhorn’s tenure during his 13-year association with the American EV titan, spearheaded by Elon Musk, was characterized as a period of remarkable expansion and progress, as detailed in the corporate filing. Tesla expressed gratitude for Kirkhorn’s substantial contributions and confirmed his commitment to aiding a seamless transition throughout the remainder of the year. The company said, “Tesla thanks Mr Kirkhorn for his significant contributions. Mr Kirkhorn will continue to serve Tesla through the end of the year to support a seamless transition”.
